Karen Kleinfeldt

Hi! I’m Karen Kleinfeldt. I am originally from Madison and have lived in Columbia County for 25 years. I joined the Real Estate world in 2005, gaining my Brokers designation in 2019, helping sellers and buyers move through the process as smoothly as possible. I pride myself on being accessible to my clients as well as other agents and customers. I enjoy helping buyers find their dream homes and sellers move on to their next chapter. I strive to make the process less stressful.

When I’m not helping my clients I enjoy spending time with my family. We live in a rural area on a large parcel of land and enjoy watching the wildlife that visits us daily.

Scott Slack

Agent

Scott was born and raised in Columbus, WI.  Prior to obtaining his Realtor license, he spent over 35 years in the cabinetry trade, including 10 years as an owner/operator of a cabinetry shop in both Dane and Columbia Counties.  He learned from this trade to focus on fine details and this is what distinguishes Scott from others.  

This attention to detail came in handy when branching out into purchasing and remodeling homes in the Dane and Columbia County areas. Scott took this entrepreneurial  spirit and passion for homes to the world of real estate.   In 2015, Scott received his real estate license and joined the team at Tri-County Real Estate in Columbus.

When you work with Scott, he brings knowledge of the South Central Wisconsin area.  He also brings his network of real estate professionals such as mortgage lenders, contractors, and home inspectors to help you find the perfect piece of property.  He has experience assisting both buyers and sellers, first time buyers, growing families looking to upgrade, and those wishing to downsize their home.
